He founded WorkBoard's Pride ERG and serves on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association's National Capital Area Chapter, where he leads federal advocacy efforts focused on the LGBTQ+ community's unique healthcare challenges.
Previously at Accenture, Matt led digital transformation initiatives for major utilities, building expertise in change management and strategic implementation.
