Matt currently works at WorkBoard as a Director of Strategic Services and Customer Success, advising senior leaders on how to make their strategy execution practices their competitive advantage.
He was formally the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Director of Partner Practices. He is passionate about helping teams focus on best possible outcomes rather than outputs and executing on their strategies more efficiently.
As an OKR Coach and digital operating rhythm expert, he helps companies drive smart, fast growth and enables individuals to thrive through clarity, alignment, and focus.
Matt is thrilled to bring OKRs and WorkBoard to companies around the world. In addition to his role in Strategic Services and Customer Success, Matt serves as the Pride ERG chair, supporting diversity, inclusion, and equity efforts at WorkBoard, primarily focused on LGBTQ+ people.
He worked at Accenture from 2016 to 2019 helping energy utilities with their digital transformations with business process design, change management programs, and project delivery expertise.
Matt is a forceful advocate for the Alzheimer's Association, chairing the Washington, D.C. Walk to End Alzheimer's and leading the advocacy team in D.C. to work with Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton and the D.C. Council to advance priorities important to those with Alzheimer's and their communities. As one of the Alzheimer's Association's LGBTQ+ spokespersons, he focuses his advocacy specifically on the impact Alzheimer's, dementia, and aging have on the LGBTQ+ community.
He is currently based in Washington, D.C. WorkBoard is headquartered in Redwood City, California.
